Frequently deployed across teams to lead UX on high-priority, at-risk initiatives, bringing clarity to complex problem spaces and driving solutions through delivery.

Problem landscape

Across the product, common challenges emerged across legacy and new features, highlighting gaps in how users understood data, planned work, and navigated complexity.

  • Users lacked clear, actionable insights from complex data, reducing confidence in decisions

  • Large-scale planning and execution were difficult to manage, with no clear way to adapt workflows

  • Experiences needed to remain consistent and scalable as a new design system was introduced across legacy and new features, including AI-driven interactions

 

The approach

Projects followed a cross-functional model, where UX direction was defined within a triad of UX, product, and engineering, evolving alongside shifting requirements.

  • Established user experience and scope of work, creating execution roadmaps that aligned product and engineering

  • Rapidly iterated on flows and interaction models utilizing realistic data to support customer use cases

During discovery, Schedulers and DO’s prioritized being able to view the schedule across multiple days (multi-day view) and a single day (event-based daily cards).
