Project Overview
Envision Healthcare is a $14B physician services company that contracts specialty care—such as Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, and Radiology—across the U.S.
Thinktiv was brought in to support their Radiology department by designing Connect, a platform that enables Radiologists, Techs, and Providers to communicate efficiently, streamline task completion, and navigate large volumes of clinical information with ease.
What was my role?
Joining an established product, I collaborated closely with in-house designers, PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to align customer and business needs.
After auditing the existing design work, I developed a clear POV on feature direction and led hands-on UX design—shaping new experiences and design strategies within a complex, multi-user ecosystem.
A design audit revealed outdated UI, weak visual hierarchy (especially in Dark Mode), and a lack of component consistency. Radiologists struggled to quickly digest patient data and complete tasks efficiently.

When it comes to the worklist, a Radiologist’s goal is to identify top priority cases as quickly as possible. With that in consideration, we created stronger visual hierarchy and data organization for faster communication and less physical clicks
